TERRORISM a global issues of peace

http://www.quikmaneuvers.com/sitebuilder/images/IRA_Terrorism-321x259.jpg
TERRORISM a global issues of peace.Terrorism today - is - the most powerful weapon, instrument used not only against the authorities, but very often - and most
Authority to achieve its goals.

ROOTS OF TERROR
Terrorism appears when society is experiencing a deep crisis in the first turn - a crisis of ideology and the state legal system. Such society there are various opposition groups - political, social, national, religious - which is questionable legitimacy of the existing power
Methods of terror
- People in most countries, unaccustomed to political violence and fear him.
So today the most effective methods of running and terror - violence is not against the authorities, but against innocent, defenseless, and that it is extremely importantly, not related to the "addressee" terror of people, with mandatory demonstration of the disastrous results as it was terror, and America in bomb the Trade Center in September 2001 or the bombing in Budennovsk. The object of attack - a hospital, a maternity hospital. Or events that occurred in Kizlyar,
Pervomay, as well as the explosion in Moscow, etc.

IDEOLOGICAL BASE OF TERROR
The challenge of terrorism - to involve a large mass of people for whom a goal terror is so high that it justifies any means, or so unscrupulous that they are ready to implement any abomination.

Through "lofty motives" usually involve young people, who, by virtue of mental and moral immaturity, easily "bite" on radical national, social or religious ideas. Induce her most through totalitarian (ie completely suppress the will of the people and subjects them only the will of the "leader" "teacher"), religious or ideological sects. Most known example is the cult Aum Shinrikyo "

ECONOMIC BASE OF TERRORISM
The main way of financing - criminal activity. Which includes a "normal" organized and unorganized crime, taking control of key areas of criminal business.
Today the main source of financing of terrorism - the control of drug trafficking, racketeering, prostitution, arms trafficking, smuggling, gambling, etc.

Terrorism Is A Social Problem

http://cdn3.wn.com/o25/ar/i/49/9d883889153dff.jpg
There is no evidence that young terrorists are mentally ill, there was no evidence that terrorists have personality disorders, are brainwashed by radical imams in mosques or Islamic religious schools (madrassahs), or enticed by the thought of scores of virgins waiting in heaven.radicalism was a social problem, rather than a mental health or criminal problem, and that young militants need superheroes to lead them away from the paths of jihad and terrorism. There are no cells, let alone sleeper cells, and no brainwashing. If someone wanted to get involved in a bombing attack on the promise of 72 virgins waiting in heaven, he'd be thrown out. That is a sexual fantasy of Western society. Most terrorists are married with several children.Militant terrorism is born in the streets, schools and barber shops. The men played football together and married into their friends' families. Rather than plotting in cells, plans for bombings were hatched at weddings and festivals.

They link up over the internet, a perfect medium for terrorism. "Men bond very fast over the internet. It dispenses with the need to be the alpha male you get when two men meet in person. Women, too, can get more easily involved over the internet. It's about fairly flat, fluid and informal networks of friends, families, neighbours, schoolmates, workmates and soccer buddies. They self-radicalise in groups, sometimes triggered by encounters with people who have been to Afghanistan and Pakistan, and they go looking for Al Qaeda, increasingly in cyberspace. Radicalism is mostly about a social process, a path to violence, not ideas.
There is no evidence that these people are mentally ill, or have individual psychopathies. It's a very important message to give to the people who are not psychiatrists who believe that that is the problem. They believe that religious fundamentalism is the problem, that it is growing and that there is an increase in fundamentalist imams, and that they in turn radicalise a certain percentage of people. The solution would therefore be to use moderate imams to dampen down the fundamentalists and reduce radicalism.

Cyber Terrorism- the Dark Side of the Web World

Cyber terrorism is the premeditated use of disruptive activities, or the threat thereof, in cyber space, with the intention to further social, ideological, religious, political or similar objectives, or to intimidate any person in furtherance of such objectives.

Computers and the internet are becoming an essential part of our daily life. They are being used by individuals and societies to make their life easier. They use them for storing information, processing data, sending and receiving messages, communications, controlling machines, typing, editing, designing, drawing, and almost all aspects of life.

The most deadly and destructive consequence of this helplessness is the emergence of the concept of “cyber terrorism”. The traditional concepts and methods of terrorism have taken new dimensions, which are more destructive and deadly in nature. In the age of information technology the terrorists have acquired an expertise to produce the most deadly combination of weapons and technology, which if not properly safeguarded in due course of time, will take its own toll. The damage so produced would be almost irreversible and most catastrophic in nature. In short, we are facing the worst form of terrorism popularly known as "Cyber Terrorism".

Forms of cyber terrorism-

Privacy violation - The law of privacy is the recognition of the individual's right to be let alone and to have his personal space inviolate. The right to privacy as an independent and distinctive concept originated in the field of Tort law, under which a new cause of action for damages resulting from unlawful invasion of privacy was recognized.

Secret information appropriation and data theft - The information technology can be misused for appropriating the valuable Government secrets and data of private individuals and the Government and its agencies.

Demolition of e-governance base - The aim of e-governance is to make the interaction of the citizens with the government offices hassle free and to share information in a free and transparent manner. It further makes the right to information a meaningful reality. In a democracy, people govern themselves and they cannot govern themselves properly unless they are aware of social, political, economic and other issues confronting them. This, right to receive information is, however, not absolute but is subject to reasonable restrictions which may be imposed by the Government in public interest.

Distributed denial of services attack - The cyber terrorists may also use the method of distributed denial of services (DDOS) to overburden the Government and its agencies electronic bases. This is made possible by first infecting several unprotected computers by way of virus attacks and then taking control of them. Once control is obtained, they can be manipulated from any locality by the terrorists. These infected computers are then made to send information or demand in such a large number that the server of the victim collapses.

Network damage and disruptions - The main aim of cyber terrorist activities is to cause networks damage and their disruptions. This activity may divert the attention of the security agencies for the time being thus giving the terrorists extra time and makes their task comparatively easier. This process may involve a combination of computer tampering, virus attacks, hacking, etc. The intention of a cyber terrorism attack could range from economic disruption through the interruption of financial networks and systems or used in support of a physical attack to cause further confusion and possible delays in proper response.

Terrorism as a Global Problem

Terrorism is the global problem nowadays that endanger life of every person on the earth. The primary purpose of all governments should encourage and enable people to join their forces against terrorism and win it by common efforts . The government should recognize the paramount importance of this problem and the political activity should be subservient to that major consideration.

To solve the problem of global terrorism,we must try to find the roots of it, to analyze the actions of countries taken against terrorism, social attitude to this phenomenon. I would say that current policy isn’t able not just to stop the march of terrorism but even to miniaturize it. Mass media leads active struggle against terrorism but very often this process isn’t connected with definite well-known terrorists. They blame whole nations without any division. The consequences of such actions are predictable: people begin to hate not terrorists as a whole but correlate terrorists with definite nationalities, Arabic, for example. Terrorism as a national phenomenon is a great problem and its understanding can help us to find the way out.

Terrorism needs serious and responsible public attitude, but sometimes hiding after the generous aims of the liquidation of terrorism, politicians limited civil liberties of some nationalities. Internet sites and mass media can abuse position of some social and ethnic groups and give false information about them.
